Pultruded Fiberglass Composite Tubing is a proprietary combination of fiberglass reinforcements and thermosetting polyester or vinyl ester resin systems. It is produced in more than 100 standard shapes. All Pultruded Fiberglass Composite shapes have a surface veil to protect against glass fibers penetrating the resin surface in service and to increase corrosion and UV resistance.

Production Process
FRP Pultrusion production proess is a continous production process to produce fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length length and contstant section. Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving, continous mat, woven robing,carbon or others. The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix (resin, minerals, pigments, additives) and passed through a pre-forming station that produces the stratification necessary to give the profile the desired properties. After the pre-forming step, the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin.

It has both the rigidity of metal cable tray and toughness of FRP cable tray, such as good corrosion resistance, strong ageing resistance, beautiful modelling, easy installation, long service life. Epoxy resin and epoxy resin composite cable tray is suitable for strong corrosion environment, large span and heavy load conditions.
