Septic tanks are normally buried underground and are split into multiple chambers. Wastewater enters one end of the septic tank, before being separated into solids (sludge) and oils (scum). The separated wastewater (effluent) then leaves the septic tank via an outlet and goes into a drainage field. Once the water leaves the outlet pipe and has gone into the drainage field, the effluent is percolated through the ground to remove bacteria, before being dispersed and rejoining watercourses.

FRP GRP septic tank is composed of three connected tanks, connected by a fecal pipe in the middle. It mainly uses the principle that anaerobic fermentation, middle-level feces and parasite eggs are larger than the general mixed liquid and are easy to settle. After more than 30 days of fermentation and decomposition, the manure liquid in the middle layer flows from first tank to third tanks at a time to achieve the purpose of precipitating or killing parasite eggs and bacteria in the stool. The manure liquid in the third tank becomes a high-quality fertilizer.

Good sealing: Integrated manufacturing, no leakage, can effectively prevent sewage leakage from polluting surface water, soil, etc., avoiding a series of problems caused by underground leakage in brick and concrete structured septic tanks, such as wet and soft foundation sinking, and endangering surrounding buildings.

Efficient treatment of sewage: The tank is equipped with partitions, fillers, etc. inside, which can divide the tank into multiple parts, such as a third stage anaerobic chamber, a second stage anaerobic chamber, and a clarification chamber. By circulating water and other methods, the mixing and retention time of sewage can be increased, and the contact oxidation time between sewage and fillers can be longer, resulting in a higher degree of organic matter biodegradation and efficient treatment of feces. The anaerobic decay effect is more than twice that of traditional septic tanks.

Installation Instructions

1. Evenly apply structural adhesive to the slot of the shell, and it is recommended to use neutral silicone structural adhesive.
2. Install the partition, pay attention to the direction of the partition, so that the whole pool is divided into 1/2/3, and the nozzles on the partition are placed staggered.
3. Install the sealing rubber pad, and pay attention to the overlap of 100mm at the installation joint.
4. Install inlet and outlet rubber rings.

7. Drill through the reserved screw holes, fix the screws and tighten them.
8. Cover the cover, the import direction is a cover plate with a harmful mark, and the export direction is a cover plate with a harmless mark.
