MBBR filter media, witch is short for moving bed bio-film reactor, is a novel biological active carrier. After researching on the different nature of water, we find that the micro-elements is conductive to micro-elements growing. So we adopt scientific formula and blend some micro-elements in the high polymer material. Mbbr media working theory:
MBBR working process uses aeration and mixing in waste water tankage with small bio-film carrier elements to grow bacteria and treat waste water flows. Air is mechanically compressed and distributed to the aerobic reactor tank. Oxygen in the air diffuses into the thin bio-film that naturally enables the bio-film carrier elements to grow. The bio-film carrier elements move at random throughout the aerobic reactor tank. As air passes through the water and past the media, the wastes in the water act as food for the microbes growing on the moving media. Cleaned water is discharged while settled biological solids are occasionally returned back to the primary solids separation zone (septic tank) for normal routine disposal along with primary settled solids.
