Molded fiberglass grating is manufactured in a one piece construction process by interlacing pre-wetted glass reinfo-

rcing strands in a liquid resin matrix within a given configuration.Once the resin matrix has cured, the molded grid

is removed from the mold. The one piece construction insures that all glass is impregnated with resin.

* Anti-UV - - Pultruded grating in the formula are added anti-UV agents containing polyester carpet surface for optimum                            UV protection.

The ordinary types

C: Smooth:non-slip, generally used in some place that need decoration or other purposes.

Covered type

It is used in places where there is no hole, no liquid leakage, gas play or special requirement for hole.

A: Smooth covered grating:non-slip, easy dedusting.

B: Gritted covered grating:best perform at anti slip property

C: Pattern covered grating:it has a more artistic appeal but not very do a good job at anti slip function.

1. Stirring raw materials

Resin, fiberglass fiber yarn, calcium powder filling, color paste, reagents, etc. are arranged in proportion, stirring for 20 minutes.

 

2. Pouring material

Pouring the mixed raw materials onto the mold machine corresponding to the FRP grating.

3. Draw yarn

Lay the alkali-free yarn layer by layer to improve the strength of the FRP grating.

4. Compression mold

The stirred raw materials are poured into the mold and compacted mechanically or manually.

5. Heat curing

After the grating is heated for 20 minutes, the raw materials and yarn are fused together.

6. Cooling demoulding, mold lifting

After the above process is completed, cooling for 10 minutes demolding, mold lifting, semi-finished grating finished.

7. Grinding, painting and washing

The FRP grating is polished and washed with a layer of varnish or water.
