Pall ring is a kind of plastic random packing made of two hemispheres. Each hemisphere is made of many flabellate vanes. It is also made from heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics, including PE, PP, RPP, PVC, CPVC and PVDF. Plastic polyhedral hollow ball is used for absorbers, degassing, liquid extraction, water treatment and heat transfer. Its specific surface area is larger than any other spherical packings.

Plastic bio ring is made from heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics. Feature

Plastic bio rings are among the most commonly used tower packing materials forapplications involving gas and liquid separation. Because of their ability to withstand corrosive environment, they're a mainstay in chemical process towers.

Bio rings are widely known as an innovation coming from Raschig Ring that can be used in various applications, mainly involves gas and liquid transfers. Its walls is intentionally designed to be open geometrically to enable lower pressure drop with greater capacity than on Raschig ring design which is just a standard cylindrical ring.

The bio rings media maintains uniform distribution and resists wall-channelling inclination. We positively push the product's potency to consumers since it has been designed with enough number of contours and crevices to carefully control the liquid and gas transfer rates.


Application

Plastic Bio Ring is versatile. It was advanced on the basis of Plastic Raschig Ring, and compared with it, both of them
have similar cylindrical dimension, but the Plastic Bio Ring has two rows of punched out holes, with fingers or webs turned into
the centre of the cylinder, which significantly increases the performance of the packing, in terms of throughput, efficiency and
pressure drop.
