EPDM Membrane Aerator System 215mm 260mm 300mm Fine Bubble Disc Diffusers for Water Treatment Pond
Fine bubble Disc Diffuser features a unique split pattern and slit shapes, which can disperse air bubbles in an extremely fine and uniform pattern for high oxygen transfer efficiency. A much highly effective and integrated check value enables the aeration zones to be easily shut down for air-on/air-off applications. The membrane disc diffuser can combines effective design, low installation cost, reliability and high performance in intermittent and continuous aeration processes.
EPDM membrane disc diffuser, which is used to transfer air and with that oxygen into sewage or industrial wastewater. Oxygen is required by microorganisms in the water to break down the pollutants. Fine bubble diffusers produce a plethora of very small air bubbles which rise slowly from the floor of a wastewater treatment plant or sewage treatment plant aeration tank and provide substantial and efficient mass transfer of oxygen to the water. The oxygen, combined with the food source, sewage, allows the bacteria to produce enzymes which help break down the waste so that it can settle in the secondary clarifiers or be filtered by membranes.
The plate series aerator is composed of chassis, air distribution plate, synthetic rubber diaphragm, compression ring, air guide plate, connecting base and connecting parts of air distribution pipe. The base is made of ABS plastic. The base and the compression ring are threaded. The EPDM rubber diaphragm is covered on the air equalizing plate. Under the action of the fixing ring, it can ensure that there is no air leakage around the diaphragm. The rubber diaphragm has evenly distributed holes. This kind of rubber diaphragm is processed by many special processes. Its performance is stable and it is resistant to medium concentration acid, alkali, oil and other media. It is the first one to be put into use Aerator in engineering operation.
Standard Membrane Materials
We provide disc diffusers that are specially designed for a plethora of applications. The special low plasticizer EPDM is aimed at beverage production, and food and animal processing. The silicone membrane diffuser is specifically created for refining processes, petrochemicals, and the paper industry.
Anti-fouling Surface for Membrane Materials
Relatively based on the latest nano technology, the surface of the membrane materials are meant to prevent the accumulation of both biological and solid encrustations.
Reinforced Polypropylene Support Dish and Ring
We provide disc diffusers with rings and support dish that are strengthened and well-protected by glass fibers for optimum chemical resistance. With this sturdy support dish, it can endure varying temperatures and resist harmful UV rays. All disc diffusers come with built-in non-return valves to ensure safety and security of the water treatment process. This valve controls the build-up of sludge and prevents its infiltration into the aeration system, especially when the air flow is sporadic.
