Product Description

Anti-Corrosion High strength Structural FRP Profile square Tube

Pultrusion is a continuous process, in which the reinforcing fibres are impregnated with a thermoset resin. 
After the impregnation with resin the fibres are led into the heated tool according to the shape of the profile. In the tool the profile is cured and then pulled out and cut to the required lengths.

Glass fiber pulls the melted glass into a uniform quality straight 0.5~30pm filament. It has the advantages of non-combustibility, corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, and good optical performance. It is an excellent reinforcing material and also in FRP. The main load-bearing component.
