We can ship goods in loose sheets to save goods volume, if the buyer is project contractor, this is better , they can install the loose sheets into
blocks at site with pvc glue very easily and save much shipping freight. But if the buyer is end user, they may donot know how to install it correctly
and professionally, they may ask us to ship in finished blocks, buyers may pay a little higher on freight, but they can save labor cost and protect their
environment. It is fact that such countries like Australia or Saudi Arabia,rtc, that they prefer blocks, and some government donot allow them to buy
checmical dangerous items. So both loose sheets and finished pvc packs are fine.
For cost, most clients prefer PVC material, since it is popular and economic. But its working temperature is 55 degrees MAx. If for power plant or
other industrial cooling towers that they need high temperature for working, then we recommend PP sheets of fill pack. Color can also be black or white. But is is installed by pp glue or thermal welding. It's different with pvc fill. PVC fill sheets are bonded strongly by pvc glue, or just hanging on rod. PP fill pack price is a little higher.
