1. GRP framework:
GRP sectional water storage tanks are made of separate quadrangular or rectangular panels which themselves made by hot press molding process using is ophthalic
unsaturated polyester resins reinforced by up to 35% glass fibers. This framework connect together using special stainless steel and hot dip galvanized accessories to ensure resistant and leakage free structure which can withstand against climate, earthquake and… during it life time. This framework can be made by more than 50 meters length and width and 5meters height. Also this framework can be performed in separate partitions.
2. Steel base frame:
The above mentioned framework will mount on special rectangular grater which wends the tank loads to the concrete foundation. This grater will be made from modular prefabricated hot dip galvanized steel parts.
3. Concrete foundation:
Usually GRP sectional water storage tanks mount on the ground using special concrete foundation which supports all static and dynamic loads of tank . This foundation also creates enough space for technical experts to mounting and maintaining the tank easily.
