This is a filler-free cooling tower nozzle. Its working principle and process are as follows:
The filler-free cooling tower adopts an upper-injection type atomization device without water-laden fillers, which has changed the traditional structure of the mechanical ventilation cooling tower. The top fan forcibly sucks the outside cold air through the intake louvers at the bottom of the tower into the tower; hot water is evenly distributed by the water distribution system to each atomization device, and then sprayed upward through the no-filler cooling tower nozzles. The hot water is sprayed upward and undergoes heat exchange with the air inside the tower. After the droplets rise to a certain height, they naturally fall. This is precisely to encounter the rising cold air again for another heat exchange. The humid and hot air is then expelled from the tower by the fan, and the concentrated cooling water enters the water collection tank.
