FRP Pultruded products are made by assembling FRP pultrusions which are manufacturerd with a high percentage of glass fiber roving soaked with resion and finally designed to desired shapes by heating and pultrusion.
Pultrusion is a continous process in which the glass fibres, glass matting and synthetic surface veil are lterally pulled
simultaneously through a polyester or vinyl ester resin bath. the desired geometric shape is formed as they are pulled through a heated steel dir and as the composite hardens.
Pultruded products are light weight, strong , chemical and UV resistance with less maintennance, Pultruded products are well suited for high corrosion environments and offers very high load bearing capacity.
FRP pultruded profiles have excellent corrosion resistance function, can withstand different degrees of acid, alkali, organic
solvents and salts and other gas, liquid media corrosion, never rust, according to the practical application of media types and temperature needs, there are o-benzene type, benzene type, vinyl type for choice.
The glass fiber reinforced plastic purlin /tube/channel is made of unsaturated polyester resin, alkali-free glass fiber yarn and processing aids as the main raw materials. It adopts special formula and is processed by scientific production process. The anti-corrosion purlin has reasonable design and special raw materials, so that the product has the strength of steel, and fundamentally solves the weak point of metal steel that is easy to corrode. It has the advantages of high strength, good corrosion resistance, high installation efficiency and long-term reliability, and has become the choice of installation materials for large and medium plant engineering. FRP pultruded profile is high temperature resistant, FRP material has very good high temperature resistance performance, FRP pultruded profile product maximum service temperature of 330 degrees Celsius.
