Introduction
Duct rodder, also called fiberglass ductrodder, is a powerful auxiliary tool used for rope traction in the pipe. Smooth and flexible surface of the duct rodder can easily make the rope or cable pass through the narrow channel. And according to the construction,the duct rodder can be divided into fiberglass duct rodder and traceable duct rodder.According to the movement type, it canalso can be divided into duct rodder withwheel and portable duct rodder.Fiberglass duct rodder, an excellent auxiliary tool, is commonly used in track construction where cable and electric wire is hard to be pulled into cable,pipes and conduits.

Duct rodder frame , used to place, push and draw back the fiberglass rod, commonly is composed of eight components: fiberglass rod,copper head, rod guide, rod grapple, grip, steel frame,Brake,Wheel.The welded frame, made of high quality steel, is strong enough to withstand the weight of the fiberglass rod. With powder coated or galvanized, the frame is rust resistant and corrosion resistant. At the same time, duct rodderwith different color available can suit customers' various requirements. With the help of frame,the duct rodder is more easier to move at the job site. In addition, duct rodder with hand oper-ated brake and rubber wheel also available.Generally, the medium sized duct rodder will be equipped with polyurethane wheels and large sized duct rodder will be equipped with rubber wheel.

Rod grapple
The duct rodder is also equipped with the rod
grapple on the steel frame. Rod grapple set on the
end of the rod is commonly used to pass through
the conduit when the conduit is plugged by sand,
soil or other things.
Rod guide
Rod guide of the duct rodder is used to push and draw
back the fiberglass rod. The fiberglass rod can easily
pass through the rod guide avoiding unnecessary frac-
tion and wear. At the same time, we can also produce
the rod guide with double pulley to satisfy your diversi-
fied demands.
Hand brake
Duct rodder frame can be equipped with a hand brake to help
it stop. A light adjustable brake prevents the rod from reeling
out of the basket under its own tension.

There are meter marks on the rod for the user easily read it. The marks is waterproof, ultraviolet and it can be still clear even after using long time.Its outer protected layer is made of high density ABS resin,which has good anti-UV capability, the advantage of smooth, wear-resistant and long service life.

Wheeled duct rodder
Duct rodder with rubber wheels, is also called wheeled duct rodder. Wheeled duct rodder performs obviously advantage over portable duct rodder when the conduit or pipe is very long or complicated. With a rubber wheel on the steel frame, duct rodder is easier to transport at the working condition. Different from portable duct rodder, wheeled duct rodder is often manufactured with rod diameter changing from 8 mm to 16 mm
