Complete Set NS5 Counterflow Spray Nozzle With Adapter Arm
The NS5 nozzle is a type of spray device for cooling towers, and it is mainly used in counter-flow cooling towers. A combined spray structure is adopted, and the water droplets are evenly distributed through the large snail-shaped nozzle, thereby enhancing the cooling effect. The nozzle is equipped with bearings, which operate flexibly and reliably, reducing the running resistance.
The orifice sizes (1"-3 1/2") of Cooling tower NS nozzles are large enough that many competitive nozzles will actually fit inside a Cooling tower nozzle. Cooling tower counterflow nozzles have no internal parts or narrow passageways. The attached diffusion ring will not retain even fibrous debris.
"Full cone" distribution pattern assures uniform water distribution for all film fills. Minimal spray overlap is required, providing uniform water distribution even near spray boundaries. Cooling tower NS counterflow nozzles develop uniform water distribution over a wide range of operating water pressures.
Installation
The nozzles must attach to their supply pipe or adapter by means of screwed connections. Each nozzle must incorporate a locking device to assure a rigid connection to the supply pipe or adapter. Each nozzle must be readily removable and replaceable without the use of tools or adhesives.
