PVC Filler Packing 1300mm Industrial Hanging Type Cooling Tower Fill Replacement
The width is 1330mm for horseshoe shaped holes, and the 1300mm for round holes. It is changeless because of the changeless mould decide it. But the length can be customized, such as 2840mm, 3050mm, 3098mm or 3100mm.
The thickness of EAC fill is 0.38mm at least. Some customers request the thickness to be 0.45mm or 0.5mm. That is because the large area of the surface meet hot water and hanging for long time, it needs strong support power if it is thick enough, or it will break like a thin paper.

Usually cooling tower fills are packed with pallet and wooden case.
Notice
In order to save the shipping cost, we advise to glue the fills in customer's site. When it finished gluing, customers can cut
their certain block size to suit for their square brand cooling tower. Please pay more attention to the following things in the gluing:
* Please do not expose the PVC fill under the strong sunshine to avoid any deformed. If the outside temperature is higher than 40 degree, the PVC film fill will be deformed within 1-2 hours under the strong sunshine. No matter it is 100% new PVC or recycle PVC, the strong sunshine will deform it very fast.
* Please do not use the airtight or air impermeability material packing the PVC fill, such as the transparent plastic film or bubble plastic film. That will keep the PVC fill in a higher temperature without any cool air come in and may bring some deformed.
* Please do not use the PVC cooling tower fill if the water temperature is more than 60 degree.
