A fish tape is a tool used by electricians to route new wiring through walls and electrical conduit,mainly used for pulling through various types of wiring in the wall, such as phone wire, network cables or speaker wire.

 

The fish tape can be made from many different materials including steel, fiberglass, and nylon. High-strength fiberglass rods have very high tensile strength while maintaining flexible bending properties. It is mainly extruded from glass fiber and high-strength resin into a FRP rod by high temperature. The outer surface of the FRP rod is made of high-density polyethylene engineering plastics, which makes the surface smooth, enhances wear resistance, aging resistance and acid and alkali resistance.

 

The rods are composed of fiber glass rod which was extruded by fiber glass and high strength resin at high temperature. This type of rod has high tensile strength and flexibility. It was covered by a high density polyethylene engineering plastic as its protect layer which make duct rodder cover sliding on surface, durable, corrosion resistant and has good insulation performance.
