Water Treatment Aeration System EPDM Membrane Fine Bubble Tube Diffuser

The purpose of Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser is to dissolve oxygen into waste water so that the microorganisms can utilize it while they break down organic material. Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser is a subsurface form of diffusion in which air is introduced in the form of very small bubbles to aid or enhance the treatment of wastewater.


The main material for the UPVC hard tube covered with a layer of aeration holes in the EPDM rubber membrane, both sides of the high-quality 304 hoop will be aeration diaphragm fastened on top of the hard tube. Because the rubber membrane has good scalability when the gas through the tube body on the air hole will act on the rubber membrane, the rubber membrane on the aeration holes expansion, so that the air through the aeration holes to the water uniform diffusion, so as to achieve the purpose of oxygenation: when the gas stops, the rubber membrane aeration and holes in a quasi-closed state, so the holes are not easy to clog!

Material: Epdm aeration hose membrane fine bubble tube diffuser can be connected on one side or in pairs to different rectangular and round tubes (ABS material) with the appropriate adapter. The membranes are manufactured with premium quality EPDM material and are available with fine or coarse-bubble perforation. The support tubes (ABS or PVC material) can be reused when membranes are replaced.
