The FRP water tank is made of FRP, so it has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, long service life, and convenient maintenance and management. It can not only be used as a general water tank but also as an ideal corrosion-resistant container.
The FRP water tank is assembled on-site from SMC molded plates, sealing materials, metal structural parts, and piping systems. It brings great convenience to design and construction. General water tanks are designed according to standards, and special water tanks require special designs. Water tanks of 0.125-1500 cubic meters can be assembled according to user needs. If the original water tank needs to be replaced, there is no need to renovate the house, and it is very adaptable. The specially developed finalized product sealing belt is non-toxic, water-resistant, highly elastic, has small permanent deformation, and is tightly sealed. The water tank has high overall strength, no leakage, no deformation, and is easy to maintain and repair.

Installation
Step 1. Install steel footings on leveled concrete foundations.
Step 2. Align glass reinforced plastic panels to be pre assembled.
Step 3. Place rubber sealant from ready-to-use roll between panels.
Step 4. Connect panels with bolts and nuts.
Step 5. Position bottom panel sections, and finish up base of tank.
Step 6. Position three sides of the tank.
Step 7. Position and fix roof panels and if required, roof support pipes and plates.
Step 8. Install reinforcement if required.
Step 9. Close up the tank with the fourth side.
Step 10. Finish the internal or external reinforcement.
Step 11. Fill and test.
