Fiberglass duct rodder, also called fiberglass cable puller.Each duct rodder comes with a sturdy steel frame with different sizes according to the diameter and length of the rod. Some frames are equipped with wheels, also called wheeled duct rodder, which makes it convenient to move at the job site.
The fiberglass rod is the basic element of the duct rodder, large proportion of high quality glass fiber (80%) is added, which
ensures its stability under shear stress. Due to its high tensile strength, wear-resistant surface and elastic body, it is widely
used in the fields of telecommunication, electric power, water conservancy, etc.

Fiberglass duct rodder features
 

1. Welded by high-quality steel,sturdy and durable ,with good compression resistance capaicty and proper structure ,is able to keep its shape under the pressure of 10KM.
2. Smooth and uniform welding,firm solder joints,no incomplete and lack of welding slag,the whole frame will be polished after welding.
3. Equipped with brake device or without brake device.
4. Tilting type handle ,which is convenient for pushing and pulling when you need to move the frame to the direction where your body is ,to push the frame .Using the wheels on the bottom of the frame for supporting to make the moving easily.
5. There is a roller and a ring on the top side and bottom silde of the frame respecitively.both of them are usded for the
convenience of duct rodder going through ,and protect the protect cover from being scracthed.


The rods are composed of fiber glass rod which was extruded by fiber glass and high strength resin at high temperature. This type of rod has high tensile strength and flexibility. It was covered by a high density polyethylene engineering plastic as its protect layer which make duct rodder cover sliding on surface, durable, corrosion resistant and has good insulation performance.
