Fiberglass FRP GRP Warning Sphere Power Transmission Line Aircraft Signal Ball Marker
Aircraft warning spheres are used for day marking of cables.
Warning ball is attached to the lines for warning. Warning area is between 25-40 meters. Warning ball is made of aluminum and is very light. Construction of the connectors provides easiness and safety to attach warning ball to the various lines. Bolts, nuts and washers are made of stainless steel. Warning ball does not make any noise during the windy periods so it can be easily used in the city center. It is suitably painted for outer air condition. Its 12 mm holes in diameter obstruct water accumulation.
Warning ball is consist of special sleeves which prevent electro corrosion over copper lines.

Installation Instruction
1. At the mount point on the alerting ball, wrap cable protecting bars round cables for 1000-1200mm long, with two ends of protecting bars extending 200-300mm beyond the surface of the ball.
2. Fix the plastic wires which are mounted on lower hemisphere of the ball onto the cables and twist them.
3. Combine the lower hemisphere with the upper hemisphere according to module codes. Turn the hemisphere during the assembly and make sure two hemispheres are joined into position .
4. Insert stainless steel bolt(M12*35) and then put flat washers and spring washers around each bolt. Tighten each nut at last.
