FRP(Fiber reinforced plastic) is newly developed material of manhole covers. Before FRP came into existance, manhole cover were traditionally manufactured from concrete, steel fibre concrete, cast iron, ductile iron or PVC material, but these materials had their own shortcomings like low load carrying effciency. FRP is considered to be the best alternate material for manhole covers as it has longer lifespan and has the capacity to withstand heavy load. Increase in heavy traffic and expensive metals completely replaced traditional covers with FRP manhole covers.

1. Against theft--- Our manhole cover is non-metallic, non-conductive and non-sparking. It has no value of recycling, thus completely solving the problems caused by theft.

2. High load capacity---Its main components are fibreglass and unsaturated resin. Our existing moulds load capacity are A15, B125, C250, D400, E600. 

3. Free design---Such as Color, Logo, Panel, Load and Dimension can be desigened according to the requirements of customer.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ? 
A: We are a professional manufacturer of MBBR with export certificate.
 
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally it takes about 5-10 days if the goods you need are in stock as we just only need some time to pack the goods as the customer's request. Otherwise it takes about 15-20 days to arrange production and packing. If customers request customization the special size, it would take more time.
