GRP is the abbreviation of Glassfiber Reinforced Plastic. GRP water tank can also be called FRP (Fiberglass reinforced plastics) water tank. GRP is mainly composed by fiberglass and resin which will directly determine the quality of GRP Water Tank. GRP water tank is assembled by GRP panels. Panels are connected by bolts and nuts. And between each panels, there is rubber strip, so that it makes sure non-leakage. For GRP panels, it is made from SMC (Sheet Molding Composite) by hydraulic hot pressed under temperature (150 ° C) and pressure conditions to maintain the best endurance.


Accessories

GRP water tank includes four parts:
1.Panels ( Bottom panel, wall panel, roof panel and manhole) 2. Internal parts ( Internal ladder, tiepiece rod, support, flanges and rubber); 3. External parts ( External ladder, angle iron, tiepiece board, bolts and nuts);
4.U-steel base (surface treatment can be painted or hot dipped galvanized or stainless steel).

1.1 GRP water tank panel
The panel is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic.
The size of the panel is : 1000*1000mm,1000*500mm, 500*500mm.
The thickness of the panel mainly includes: 5mm16mm,etc. 
It is different according to the tank dimension.
 
1.2 Flanges
The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.We can make it according to your request.
 
1.3 Reinforcement Method
All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. 
The top panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of hot-dipped galvanized material.
 
1.4 Bolt. nut & washers
Hot-dipped galvanized material or stainless steel material.
 
1.5  Sealing material
Non-toxic P.V.C foam tape shall be used in between the joints.
  
1.6 Ladders and Level Indicator
Internal & external ladder shall be made of hot-dipped galvanized or stainless teel
