MBBR biofilm media for sewage treatment is a novel biologically active carrier, using scientific formula, according to the different nature of water, blending a variety of attached trace elements in polymer materials to make microorganisms grow quickly, through special process modification and structure. Bio filter's internal growth anaerobic bacteria, produce the denitrification reaction can produce nitrogen. External growth good bacteria, removing organic matter. The whole process includes both nitrification and denitrification process.
The waste water go through the suspending med dia of MBBR, form the biological membrane on the surface of the media gradually, with the act ion of the microbial on the biological membrane,the waste water is purified. The media can move freely in the reactor with the mixing of the water; For the aerobic reactor, the aeration will make the media move; For the anaerobic reactor, mechanic mixing will make the media move. Our MB BR media is new-developed.media for the MBBR process, has better treatment effect compare to traditional media.
