Portable Mini Fiberglass Cobra Puller FRP GRP Duct Snake Rodder
FRP threader, also known as FRP duct rodder, FRP perforator, FRP pipe threader, is an excellent auxiliary tool in pulling and guiding rope in pipelines. It includes three parts: a copper core, a glass fiber reinforced layer, and a high-pressure low-density polyethylene protective layer. The copper conductor allows the poke bars to be placed in different ways easily. The smooth and elastic surface makes the duct rodder pass through narrow passages easily.

Feature
1.Light weight, durable, resistance to acid, alkali, aging resistant, corrosion resistant.
2.High tensile strength and bending properties, which make it to go through narrow pipes easily.
3.Good temperature adaptability, the product will not soften in hot weather / nor become brittle in cold weather. Its usability will not be affected by temperature.
4.Outer protect layer are made of high density polyethylene engineering plastic, which has good anti-UV capability.
5.Cover was coated with long-term UV-resistant polyethylene.
6.Its surface has the advantage of smooth, wear-resistant and long service life.
7.Meter marks on the protect layer of duct rod can be used for measuring distance. Marks are printed by professional printing machine, which has the advantage of strong adhesion, clear writing, waterproof, anti-ultraviolet, it can be still clear even after using many times.
Structure
1. Fiberglass rod inner: Extruded process made of E-fiberglass and high quality UPR at high temperature.
2. Fiberglass rod outer: developed composite materials.
3. Assembly: metal frame sprayed paint; rubber wheels assembly for easy transportation; Guide rollers for rotary coupling; parking brake for the flexible rod control.
4. Copper wire inside is optional, which is for tracing easily or other professional usage.
5. Rolling bearing cage (wheel transport) for mobility will be light and easy to use.
6. Feed device allows rod to feed out or be back with easy push or pull of rod
7. Rustproof bull-nose pulling eye and accessories.

Frame & Reel
