Hot dipped galvanized steel water tank is made from speacial slabs. The 1000T hydraulic press mould can make different size slabs (1*1m, 1*0.5m, 0.5*0.5m, 1.22*1.22m). With bolts and nuts, rubber strips, and other accessories, the slabs are connected into a water tank with different specifications and forms. Hot dipped galvanized steel water tank is anti-corrosion, anti-aging, no distorsion, no infiltration and no leakage. The tank is convenient to install and assemble, and easy to clean. It can store not only hot water, but also cold water, and has a better shockproof and shock resistant ability.

Feature
1. High-quality and sophisticated materials: the water tank is made of Q235A steel plate stamped into standard plates, and then hot-dipped galvanized anti-corrosion treatment.

2. Unique and reasonable structure: the high-strength stamping plate and the evenly distributed bracing and support in the box make the box body pressure even and reasonable.
3. The diameter and position of the inlet pipe, outlet pipe and overflow pipe of the water tank are designed and produced according to the specific requirements of customers.
4. Convenient and quick construction: installation is not affected by civil construction, no welding equipment is required, and the surface of the steel plate is treated with hot zinc anti-corrosion, which is beautiful and strong, prevents secondary pollution of water quality, and meets the requirements of standardization, serialization and factoryization of building products.
5. The height can reach 5 meters. The galvanized water tank has no special requirements on the installation site, no lifting equipment, and the volume can meet all user requirements.

Usually galvanized steel water tanks are packed with pallet and wooden case.
Accessory
1. Material
The sectional panel tank shall consist of 4' x 4' or 1 meter x 1 meter panel manufactured from 1.5mm to 5.0mm thickness according to requirement.
2. Flanges
The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.
3. Reinforcement Method
All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316 material according to requirement.
4. Accessories
1). Bolts, nuts & washers, stainless steel 304 material.
2). Sealing material Non-toxic P.V.C foam tape shall be used in between the joints.
3). Covers The tank cover shall be constructed from 1.2mm to 3.0mm of thickness stainless steel 304 material according to the requirement.
4). Ladders and Level Indicator: Internal & external ladder shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 material.
