600mm/800mm Fiberglass Aviation Obstruction Marker Aircraft FRP Warning Sphere
Aircraft fiberglass warning spheres are also called marker balls or aerial warning spheres are used as a visual marking of overhead power lines crossing fjords, valleys, and rivers, or generally everywhere there is a need to make power lines visible to aircraft and helicopters. The warning spheres are attached to the shield wires or to phase conductors, always to the wire or conductor having the highest point.
Aircraft fiberglass warning sphere is designed to provide daytime visual warning or nighttime visual warning if comes with reflective tape, for electricity transmission line and overhead wire for aircraft pilots, especially cross-river high voltage transmission lines. The power line marker ball is made of high-grade polyethylene, With a light-weight and integral design, the marker ball is easier to install on the power line. Marker balls are designed and manufactured in China. We can also produce customized warning spheres upon your special requirements.
Installation
1. Aviation fiberglass warning spheres (Aviation obstruction ball, Aviation warning ball) should be installed in the wire rope with thunder protected ground wire of the overhead tower, each obstacle ball's distance should not exceed 30 meters, and equal Interval setting.
2. Aviation fiberglass warning spheres (Aviation obstruction ball, Aviation warning ball), with color of red(orange) or white, should be setted interphasely.
3. If involving multiterm lines, cables situation, the height of the balls should not be lower than the height of the highest marked overhead line.

1. At the place where the warning ball is installed, wrap the cable with1000-1200mm long cable protective sleeve, and extend the protectivesleeve to 200-300mm beyond both ends of the warning ball.
2. Screw the plastic wire of the lower hemisphere on the cable severaltimes to fix it.
3. According to the rigid die code of the lower hemisphere and the upperhemisphere, ensure that the upper and lower hemispheres are
installed in the right position.
4. Insert the stainless steel bolt of m12x35, then put the flat washer andspring washer on each bolt, and then tighten the screw.
5. When two adjacent balls are installed, two different colors should beselected and set alternately.
