Hot dip galvanized steel water tank use speacial slab. The 1000T hydraulic press mould made into different size slab(1*1m, 1*0.5m, 0.5*0.5m), use bolt, rubber strip to connect into different specifications and forms. Hot dip galvanized steel water tank is anti-corrosion, anti-aging, no distorsion, no infiltration and leakage. Tank is easy to clean and conveniently to install and assemble. It can storage not only hot water, but also cold water, and has a better shockproof and shock resistant ability.
Galvanized Steel Water Tank is punched by Q235A into 1220mm*1220mm or 1000mm*1000mm and 1000mm*500mm, 500mm*500mm standard plates, drilled around, after HDG treatment, and assembled at site. When combined, the gap between two standard plates is sealed by silicon pad, and connected by bolts.
Hot dipped galvanized steel water tank is anti-corrosion, anti-aging, no distorsion, no infiltration and leakage. Tank is easy to clean and conveniently to install and assemble. It can storage not only hot water, but also cold water, and has a better shockproof and shock resistant ability.
Water capacity varies from 1.0 cubic meter to 1000 cubic meters, height may reach as great as 5 meters. Inflow, outflow tubes as well as return tube's diameter and place are decided by the designer, passages of at least 7000mm is needed around the tank.

We provide internal parts and external parts with different kinds of materials: stainless steel parts, hot galvanized steel parts, and smc material parts. Customers can have multiple choices for their own specific needs.
1. Material
The sectional panel tank shall consist of 4' x 4' or 1 meter x 1 meter panel manufactured from 1.5mm to 5.0mm thickness according
to customer requirement.
2. Flanges
The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.
3. Reinforcement Method
All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316 material according to requirement.
4. Accessories
1). Bolts, nuts & washers, stainless steel 304 material.
2). Sealing material Non-toxic P.V.C foam tape shall be used in between the joints.
3). Covers The tank cover shall be constructed from 1.2mm to 3.0mm of thickness stainless steel 304 material according to customer requirement.
4). Ladders and Level Indicator: Internal & external ladder shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 material.
Installation
For installation, we provide installation guide: installation video or installation assistance on site by our engineers.
If parts are damaged within the quality insurance period because of quality fault, we will change the damaged parts free of charge.
1. When connect the pipe, please don't put excessive pressure on both inlet and outlet of the pipe.
2. Don't put the weight of valve and large diameter pipe on the tank outlet. When connect, please set pipe support or lifting support.
3. When the welded pipe expand, contract and vibrate, please install stretched flexible connectors.

Delivery time: For standard water tank less than 200m3, it would be about 15 days; For non-standard water tank and customized water tank according to client's specific requirements, it would be about 20 days.
