1. FRP Combined Water tank is a new type water tank which is widely used in the world. It is assembled by the high-quality FRP panels.

The FRP water tank panels
The FRP water tank panel is made from food-grade resin, via high temperature and powerful mechanical pressing.
(1) In manufacturing process, it adopts to manufacture method that mechanical pressing so it increase the anti-seismic and shock resistance strength;
(2) In the shape design, there is sag arc in the middle of water tank plate, it improve the bearing ability of water tank. In addition, it has the 45° and 90° flange so it don't need the corner fittings.
(3) The size of the FRP water tank panel: 1000*1000mm; 1000*500mm, 500*500mm,Thickness of the FRP water tank panel:5mm,8mm,10mm,12mm,14mm,16mm 18mm and 20mm.( 5mm thickness plate is used for the cover plate).
(4) The water tank can be assembled to be any size with the different size FRP panels from 1-1500CBM

Physical Properties

Will not corrode, Long Life, Normal fittings can be used, Light weight and extremely strong.
The sectional range is further enhanced by the Pre-insulated panel.

Fixings & Fastenings
All nuts/bolts and washers in contact with the water are of stainless steel . Non-immersed nuts, bolts and washers are either zinc plated , passivated or galvanised .

Supports For Panels
The panels shall be supported externally or internally by an adequate support system Elements of external supports shall be hot dip galvanized. Interior supports shall be chemically resistant to the quality of stored water.

Ladders
A GRP sectional tank of 1.5m depth or more shall be provided with an internal ladder made up of terials same with the supports. The external ladders shall be galvanized mild steel or equivalent.
