Membrane Disk Aerator Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser for Water Treatment
The purpose of Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser is to dissolve oxygen into waste water so that the microorganisms can utilize it while they break down organic material. Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser is a subsurface form of diffusion in which air is introduced in the form of very small bubbles to aid or enhance the treatment of wastewater.

Whole aeration system included the aerator (bubble diffuser) gas distribution pipes, tees, crosses, elbows, regulators, connectors, cleaning devices and other components. Usually gas distribution pipelines is the usual circular arrangement, diffuser quantity is decided by the air capacity and ponds size. The diffuser and gas distribution pipelines using G3/4 threaded connection, the base is inner thread (fixed in the pipeline), diffuser is externally threaded.
1. The rubber washer and the corresponding groove are designed to ensure the air tightness of the product. Instead of using raw tape in the installation process, it is convenient to install, stable and reliable.
2. Check valve structure. When operation stops, the membrane covers the structure under the action of rebound force and water depth pressure to prevent the backflow of mud water.
3. Mechanical assembly production line, hot welding instead of adhesive process, to ensure adequate supply, uniform productquality, stable and reliable.

1. Aeration for SBR reaction basin, contact oxidation pond, and activated sludge aeration basin in sewage disposal plant;
