FRP Pultruded products are made by assembling FRP pultrusions which are manufacturerd with a high percentage of glass fiber roving soaked with resion and finally designed to desired shapes by heating and pultrusion.
Pultrusion is a continous process in which the glass fibres, glass matting and synthetic surface veil are lterally pulled
simultaneously through a polyester or vinyl ester resin bath. the desired geometric shape is formed as they are pulled through a heated steel dir and as the composite hardens.
Pultruded products are light weight, strong , chemical and UV resistance with less maintennance, Pultruded products are well suited for high corrosion environments and offers very high load bearing capacity.

2. Lightweight and high strength The glass fiber content of FRP pultruded profiles is higher than other composite material forming processes, so the longitudinal strength is quite high, which is equivalent to steel. The density of pultruded profiles is only about one-fourth of that of steel, so the specific strength is much higher than that of steel. The amount is lower than that of steel, usually only 1/7-1/10 of steel.
3. Anti-aging FRP pultruded profiles are made of high-quality thermosetting resin and glass fiber systems, which are different from general thermoplastics, and the normal service life of the product can be up to 20 years.
4. Easy maintenance FRP pultruded profiles are made by blending pigments into resin. The color of the product can be blended arbitrarily according to customer requirements. It is not easy to fade, does not require paint maintenance and has a self-cleaning effect.
5. Excellent electromagnetic performance FRP pultruded profiles have excellent electrical insulation, no electromagnetic properties and electric sparks, and can be used in equipment areas with conductive hazards and sensitivity to magnetism, as well as flammable and explosive places.
6. Thermal performance FRP pultruded profile is a kind of thermal insulation material with a much lower coefficient of thermal expansion than ordinary plastics. Pultrusion has excellent mechanical properties at low temperatures and will not melt at high temperatures, but its strength and modulus will be somewhat different at high temperatures.
