Cross Flow PVC Fills of EAC cooling tower
EAC cooling tower fill is another our major cooling tower fill. It is used in a very famous brand cooling tower, which is cross flow cooling tower fill hanging in the two sides too.
TWO DESIGNS
There are two designs of the EAC fills: One is horseshoe shape holes with one side eliminator, the other is round shape holes with one side eliminator which there is 10 degree inclination.The one side drift eliminator have same function as ML cooling tower fill's drift eliminator. Beside the drift eliminator on the EAC fill, we Sinta company cooling tower fill make the special EAC eliminator which the width is 145mm, the length is 3000mm per piece for customer's installation if necessary.
The width is 1330mm for horseshoe shaped holes and 1300mm for round holes. It is changeless because of the changeless mould decide it .But the length can be custom-
ized by customers, such as 2840mm,3050mm,3098mm or 3100mm.The thickness of EAC fill is 0.38mm at least. Some of customer request the thickness arrive to be 0.45mm or 0.5mm. Why customer should choose the large thickness? That is because the large area of the surface meet hot water and hanging for long time, it need the strong support power if it is thick enough, or it will be broken like a thin paper.
